School Nurse

Sequoia’s School Nurse - Ms. MillerMs. Miller will provide urgent and routine medical care to our students. Students will receive an annual health screening that measures their height, weight, and blood pressure. If an abnormal finding is discovered, Ms. Miller will recommend that your son or daughter see their primary care physician or pediatrician for a follow-up exam. Other “grade-appropriate” testing in school includes screening students' hearing and vision, as well as checking their backs for signs of scoliosis (curvature of the spine).

If your student needs medication during the school day, you must download the medication forms from the district website and follow the outlined policies and procedures.
